He has won the exchange grant between Homesession and Belgrade artist in the residence BELGRADE AIR

During the months of October and November 2018, he will work in Belgrade to develop projects on subjectivity models of social networks, specifically in the production of the video Sea Standing, which will be premiered at Art Aurora on November 14, 2018, within the framework of the City Screen Loop Festival program.

Juan David is currently interested in how the performance of language is affected by the abstraction of the financial system and semiotic capitalism. How is our daily language affected when our own abstract language is used to speculate and accumulate wealth through finance and algorithms?
